We greatly appreciate the significant interest shown in our association and the numerous requests we receive seeking support and promotion for your valuable research endeavors.
To ensure a thorough evaluation of these requests, we have established an internal Research Committee. This committee carefully reviews each proposal to determine its alignment with our objectives and to assess the most effective means of providing our support and visibility.
Should you wish to submit your research for the committee’s consideration, we kindly request that you complete the questionnaire provided below. This will furnish us with the necessary information to fully comprehend your work and facilitate an informed decision.
We accept research proposals that meet the following criteria:
- Postgraduate projects intended for publication (e.g. Master’s, PGDip, or PhD theses).
- Research activities conducted by an established research team.
- Undergraduate projects that are planned for publication (a letter from the research supervisor is required, explaining how the project will be made publishable).
- Ethics approval has been granted (please attach documentation with your email).
Publish your research on Wildminds and Reddit
In the meantime, we invite you to directly publish calls for participants for your research on our partner website, Wildminds.ning.com, by visiting the “research” page.
You can also promote your research on Reddit on the Maladaptive Daydreaming Community. Get in touch with the subreddit moderators to have your post pinned.
This will also allow the committee to gain further insight into your research.
