Use of Artworks and Release Form

The selection of which artworks to display is at the sole discretion of the Maladaptive Daydreaming Italia Association. The selection may depend on multiple factors, including the volume of submissions received, relevance to the theme, and appropriateness (works deemed offensive may be excluded in accordance with the principles of our Statute).

Participants submitting multiple works may specify their order of preference for display.

By registering for the exhibition, the author grants Maladaptive Daydreaming Italia permission to photograph, reproduce, and publish images of the submitted works.

The use of these images is granted entirely free of charge by both parties, without geographic or time limitations, for event promotion, communication purposes, publication on the Association’s website and social media channels, and for potential inclusion in exhibition catalogs or promotional materials. Whenever an artwork is published or used, the Association commits to clearly and consistently attributing the author's name.

The author declares that they are the sole owner of all rights to the artwork and guarantees that it does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, holding the Association harmless from any claims or compensation demands.
